BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board oversees the Foundation, establishing the criteria for promoting and developing specific initiatives, ensuring effective organisational planning, adequate resources and effective resource management, determining and monitoring the Foundation’s programmes and services, and approving the budget and balance report.
BOARD OF AUDITORS
This is the controlling body whose task is to verify general accountancy, regular book-keeping and matching balance with accountancy. Its members are enrolled in the Auditors’ register.
ADVISORY BOARD
The Advisory Board is a consulting and guarantee body whose tasks involve supporting the executive team in developing strategies and programmes and co-operating in defining potential fields of development for the Foundation. Its members have experience in sectors strictly linked with the Foundation’s Mission.
COUNTRY AMBASSADOR
The Country Ambassadors are people who have been chosen for their reputation or recognized talent and expertise in the social world, the arts, culture, and science. They are men and women who have a deep desire to help our Foundation and who give part of their time to promote fund raising or help in identifying and supporting projects in line with the aims of our Foundation.
